Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted in a while but I have been busy preparing for my first week on the AcneNoMore program which I will be starting on July 1st.
The first thing the AcneNoMore book recommends is to prepare yourselfs mentally for the transformation. The AcneNoMore is a very extreme program that requires mental strength and commitment. These preparation steps are aimed at pinpointing exactly why you want your acne gone and to change your state of mind.
In the past, I have always been weary of new acne products and their claims. I've always tried not to get excited about new skin care products in fear of being disappointed by them. But this time around, I am going to take a completely different approach. It's said that if you act like something great will happen, something great will.
The ebook suggests that you make a list with answers the following question:
1. What do you desire to be changed during this program and the reasons for it?
• My skin: my skin is by far my biggest insecurity and I feel like it really holds me back in social situations
• Have a body that is totally in shape: throughout the program, it suggests getting daily activity. But, being the extremist that I am, I have decided to get 60 minutes every day of total body cardio which includes running, the spin bike and several other activities that I found on Pinterest (amazing app). I really what to change my body because recently I've gained a few pounds and just for that added confidence
• My confidance: like I've said in previous posts, my confidance is really low and with this program I hope I can gain the confidance to be outgoing and my true self at school
• My health: this is something that I know is definitely going to improve during this program even if my skin doesn't. I really want to be healthy so I can be skinny, feel better and get rid of my constipation (I definitely don't have full on constipation but I do believe I have a small form of it)
Starting on July 1st I will be starting the AcneNoMore program and each day I will be keeping you up to date on my skin, how I felt, my workout plan and what I ate.
And of course,
Good Luck!
