AcneNoMore Program Day 3

So yesterday was my third day of the AcneNoMore program and I can't lie, yesterday wasn't the best day. It all started when I first woke up by a pounding alarm at 7 which isn't that easy but it is so me seeing as how it's summer break. I woke up specifically to go for a run but my legs just felt like they were going to fall out from under me. So instead of a 30 jog I did a 15 minute walk which I guess is better then nothing followed by 50 sit-ups. Then, because I was all ready I'm such a good mood, I was screamed at by my lunatic mother. So basically my morning was full of stretch.

For breakfast I had planned to make raw buckwheat porridge but I couldn't find buckwheat in any stores. So instead I had some natural bran cereal in a red book, which I found out later is supposed to keep you "regular". Great. It was super disgusting and over cooked so I only ate half a serving with some strawberries on the side. The pills are become easier to swallow and I'm getting used to swallowing so many pills in a row. And they are making me feel sick anymore which is amazing.

Later in the day I had a banana for a snack, a corn and vegetable salad which was really good and then celery and peanut butter for my second snack. And finally I had salmon in some cooked edge vegetables for dinner. As part of the program during the NSC part, which I'm on now, you can eat fish, white meat and cooked vegetables sometimes. So this was my "unhealthy" meal for every three days.

Finally at night I followed my evening routine and I'm definitely getting more into the swing of it. However, part of the evening program includes a mask. Because I didn't mention it in the last post, my mask on day 2 was a milk and banana mask. This was a disaster. The milk part wasn't bad but none of the banana would stay on my face. And then last night I did a honey mask. Doing this mask wasn't hard although it did get in my hair. The problem I think is that is was to moisturizing for my oily skin and my skin was a little more red in the morning then the past two mornings.

Please feel free to these comments and tips and of course,
Good Luck
